I ordered the free trial of lift and pro and on numerous occassion have tried ringing to cancel before the fourteen days trial period was over. I was left on hold for ages and then ended up giving up, due to time commitments. On the 10thJune noticed that they had taken money to the sum of £ 84.71 out of my account although did not recieveproduct until 30th May. I am still trying to ring them but to no avail. I wish I had read these reports before ordering in first place.
