This company deposited $300 into an account that I thought was charged off and closed. Since the account was negative to begin with they could only collect $90 of it back. The bank ate the rest in NSF fees. And now I owe the bank twice as much as I did before! I did not authorize this. The worst part is there is some company harrassing me at work on their behalf saying they are going to come to my job to serve me papers because they are pressing charges on me for defraudment. Now my employer is threatening to fire me because of all of the phone calls. I offered the man my home address and told him he could speak to me at my home anytime that he wished and he told me that it was too late for that and he would be at my job. (Which he never showed) I want this to stop! I am seeking legal counsel because I feel like they are the ones that are fraudulent. And if I applied for a loan with them wouldnt they have my home address anyway?
