We bought a home for our son due to his bad credit. He is behind in payments. I have tried to work out a plan for changes and to date they have done nothing. I have returned 4 different sets of paperwork to them on 4 different occassions. This has been going on for 2 years. I am thinking we should do a short sale at this point. I just don't know what to do.
