I bought a trial pot of cream for £4.95. The cream arrived and I was very happy with my purchase. 2 weeks later my credit card was debited £89. When I spoke to the bank they said the company had claimed the £4.95 was just for postage but at no point when I was purchasing the pot did it mention anywhere about the fee being £89. It is a complete fraud and scam. The pot of cream came with no return address, no details and no invoice.
