As with these other complaints, I received notification that I was a guaranteed winner of, "no less than 4.278 million dollars" upon receipt of $25.00 requisite release fee. Considering the number of prior complaints I am certain this can be no less than a scam. Unlike other companies that try to get you to make purchases, they assure you that a purchase is unnecessary and you need only use a different envelop if you plan not to buy anything but, there is no way to determine what the supporting agencie (s) are. This needs to be stopped.
