I was promised a puppy for my husband for fathers day. This delivery agency was the one that was delivering the puppy for $380.00 on 6-7-13, then on 6-8-13, they wanted $2420.00 for insurance but settled for $200.00. Then on 6-11-13 they wanted $275.00 for a city permit, and just told them no more.
