I cancelled my membership on Feb 18 and on March 29 I got charged $98.95 in my bank account. I called and was told I would get a full refund, but have not received refund. The phone number I was given is for another company. I have tried and tried to contact someone and have sent several e-mails concerning this. I really need this money back.
