Pop up offered a free ipod for just £2.00 postage. When I got bank statement they had taken a further £35.07 without my authority and will not return it as I have 'used the bids'. I have not used any bids, they put free bids in my account which were used by a bidding agent without my knowledge or authority. Now taking actin through bank and trading standards. They will not get away with it!!
