Very high promises of his web design abilities. Started out saying the site would cos 700$, kept adding on more money needed. Later learned that he was self taught.By the last payment he did not finish any of what the contract said. Claimed it was because he could not figure it out. We came up with alternatives to the contract and has not started on those either. Has been avoiding me in all ways possible. PayPal claim does not work because websites are not tangible.
