The company has withdrawn £64.76 out of my bank account without my permission.
I have contacted them on the phone number given on their website on 24th May regarding the withdrawal of said monies. Their response was to write a letter to their office in Cardiff requesting a cancellation of subscription, which in their terms and conditions is acceptable within 50 days.
I have sent multiple letters to this company and haven't received any correspondence from the company at all - I have to contact them first even when they promise to call me back.
