Roland claims he can heal people with his magical hands, calls himself bio-energy. He posts all over his page all these diseases he can cure, or heal, or even prevent. He also claims he is a universal chiropractor, but he is NOT registered with state of California licensing for chiropracty. How he lures you in, he brings you to his home office or will come to your home. Then he waves his magical hands around you for 30 minutes to an hour and says you are cured, or he needs to see you again. He operates by donation, but if you only donate 20 bucks, he gets upset and pressures you for more. Be careful if he says you need an adjustment, he can hurt you.
