I had tried to get a loan for disabled to modify our home. A middle eastern speaken man named Jacob Martin called me. He told me my name, adrress" ph #, ssn, bank routing#, acct#, and how much i wanted for a loan and why. He said I was approved for my loan to help modify my home and rebuild my credit. I was told I only needed to put up the good faith money to show I could make my payment. He said the loan amt would be deposited into my acct with the original $600 of good faith money. He took the money and never gave the loan. When he originally called he said he was withU C Financial. When I called back tthen he said he was with cash advance america. Now we are overdrawn and about to lose everything. We are disabled. How do we survive now? This occured on june 3rd 2013.
