Robert butler called me from a unknown collections agency stating that i owed some debt that i had no idea of the number is 18886003326. Everytime you call this number they want your case number and transfer you to this guy. First he was the manager then the director when i asked him who he was. He became irrate when i asked him for a address so i can mail a cease and desist letter. He stated i would never get that information he started yelling and screaming at me. Then we got into a verbal altercation and he threatened me stating that he knew all about me and he was going to get me i am so scared. I filed a police report, a complaint with the nc atty general and the ftc these crazy collection practices have to stop / these companies need to hire more professional people the second time it wasnt me on the line he was speaking with he didnt even verfiy any information...
