I was able to speak to a person, but they cannot tell me how this was charged to my credit card. I have never been to this website. It apparantly is a site for medical consultation. They are supposedly refunding my money in 3 to 5 days. They had my home address and obviously my credit card info. I will follow up if I do not get my refund.
