A watch I ordered was black with a stopwatch function and day/date displays. The watch they sent was blue, the stopwatch didn't work and it only has a date display.
I have asked them for a refund 30 or 40 times over the last 6 months to which they say they have done it but can't give me the Bank's name, it's Sort Code or the account number they claim to have refunded.
