I was called by a sales rep from Best Vacations Ever and he promised me that if I book vacation through him I'd be eligible for following:
1.5 days of stay on a Disney property resort (I did confirm that I'd be staying on a Disney property and he confirmed that I'd be on a Disney Property)
2.3 days of stay in Las Vegas again on a Disney property
3.5 days of car rental which I can use either at Orlando or Vegas, I get to chose where I want to stay,
4. Dinner would be included for each night of stay
5.45 minutes of promotional tour is required to avail above benefits.
When I booked the room through sales agent, they mentioned that:
1. There is no free dinner for each night
2. Rental Car is available only in Orlando, not in Vegas
3. Promotional tour is for 90 minutes and not 45
4. Stay can be on Disney good neighborhood property, not a Disney property
I filed complaint with their Quality team but there is no progress on it yet. Please suggest if there is any option for me to file for damages. Also, it would be good to stop them else they will keep cheating others also.
