May. I paid for 2 knobs on their UK website. They never arrived and no one ever responded by phone or email to my many messages. I spent about £11.50 including postage charge. Luckily I was only looking for samples at this stage. Beware. Ps. This actually happened in May but your website would only allow me to enter a June date.
