I went to my DMV to renew my expired license and I was told I couldn't bc my SSC and my DL name does match. Frustrated, and all SSA offices or within 1-1.5 miles I began to see what's available on the web. Upon looking up documents needed to bring to the SSA office I came across what said. Mobile online application (I thought they were affiliated with SSA (misleading part) and I thought they would mail me my card (also misleading) as it states. After putting in very important information (ie mom and dads SS # as well as mine and other important dates and info. And asking for $34 dollars to print documents which state that you need to take them to your Local SSA office. So I paid $34 for a application that "I" filled out (only need first page and only about 5 things on it.) not to mention I could have printed the same documents off of the SSA website for FREE
