My son had this company (supposedly) fix his Xbox360. Got a quick email back from them saying they could and would do it. He paid for the repair and the sipping to get the console to them. We shipped the item out on February 14. We waited MONTHS for them to repair. We made numerous phone calls to find out where our console was. They told us that do to the SANDY hurricane/storm, they are a little behind. We waited and waited and finally got it back from them. We remodeled our house and didn't try it right away till we got the basement organized for their gaming area. We hooked it up... IT STILL IS DOING THE SAME THING! It does not play the discs. According to their web site, there is a one year warranty guarantee on what they fix. We are trying to reach them... But their numbers are not in service. I need some help. My kids work hard for their money... And they had to pay for this. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Please help me!!!
