Lease be aware:
The Data resource center had initially told me I was approved for a loan and I would need to send them 1600.00 dollars to begin.
I did so then was told they would have a financial consultant assist me for up to a year during my first year of my loan. The loan would be 8.8 percent interest for 85,000 dollars. These initial conversations were with Lynn Baker of Data Resource center.
The financial consultant was Vivian Wright of data resource center who for the next several months would tell me miss Baker had misled me and I had to work on my credit before a creditor would be approached. She asked me to send in personal information, wages - account information - tax returns - enough total information a indiscreet or inappropriate company could ruin a person with if they were so inclined. I was told to get a secured credit line established then we should be able to move forward with loan. I asked if the property owner could be contacted to assure her that I am doing what is needed to secure a loan.
The period of maximum time that was told to me By Miss Vivian Wright was 6 months to be set up with loan for this property. After 6 months of phone calls I got alot of nothing and was very aggravated. I told Miss Vivian Wright I felt her company was preying on people who found themselves in need of a loan and stealing the moneys without providing the service described. I asked for my money back. A document saying that I was in breech of contract and asking for 1/2 of my money back is what I received. I ask my attorney Michael Warren if would advise me. I did not sign anything! I was contacted by supervisor Nicole James of Data resource center who insisted that if I was to consolidate all bills under 100 dollars through Mead associates into monthly payments she would immediately put my case front of lenders. I did exactly that and she avoided my calls for 10 straight working days returning -0- calls. Ignored several email inquiries essentially blew me off. The Data resource center records all conversations according to their answering service. I would love for a consumer agency to listen to these conversations from Day 1 of my contact with this corrupt and or complacent company. It has been 9 months payments have been accepted and nothing has been delivered except exceptional lies.
