I have criticized Merit's TV advertising by telephone. Merit's response has been to threaten me with a law suit and police action on the basis that I am harassing it. Since 30 sec. Calls have not contained any threats or abusive language, I believe Merit is trying to stifle my First Amendment rights of free speech. I also notice that there have been numerous complaints filed against Merit for one reason or another. I think Merit should stop threatening me and honor my First Amendment rights.
