No Credit Received for Positive Referral

I am a Thousand Trails Member #298142390.
While staying at Lake Minden Thousand Trails Nov 24-Dec14 I invited my sister & her husband Sharon and Russell Cebrian to the Lake with appt with Evelyn Templeton Upgrade Specialist. She did presentation in my RV and my sister bought a full TT membership.
I was suppose to receive credit for the referral membership and was told I would receive letter in mail reflecting this. I have called, left messages, e-mailed EvelyynTmpltn@yahoo. Con and received no reply. I finally got through to Evelin in the spring of 2013 on the phone and informing her I did not receive any letter or E-mail from her TTrails or Equity Lifestyle Properties. She was to call me back and I in turn had to call her. At least another 3 months has passed and I have left phone messages for Evelyn and have not received any call backs from her.
As of this date, I have not received any documentation from TTrails or Equity Lifestyle Properties regarding my referral and what I was to receive for it.
