I noticed $30 more than once taken out of our account as a paper check which I do not write paper checks. When you call the number it keeps you on hold for long time until you are 2nd in "cue" then states " due to the high call volume you are being forwarded to a voice message system. Then the phone call drops or goes busy. THis happened on 5/10, 5/24 and 5/28/13
