Hi, I have the same problem as Marjorie! I'm Italian and I purchased 04-03, I've been waiting over a month for delivery (as per the manufacturer's instructions 21 working days), but nothing has arrived. I am in contact for some time with Mr. Millwood (Customer Support Manager at Verified Green Coffee) to solve the problem but you can not have solution.
- The long wait time has expired the help of PayPal (expires after 45 days from order)
- Mr. Millwood says that the material was shipped with USPS priority mail. With this type of shipping you can not figure out where you can find the goods.
- I asked for a new shipment but with courier. Green Coffee tells me it can not be shipped by courier but only regular mail.
It 's the first time that I have problems with Internet purchasing, as well as disappointed, I am amazed am amazed to find for the first time a claim.
I hope it is really just a technical problem, I'm still waiting for communication from Mr. Millwood again.
