They said i received a free trial, in that time i had a stroke and was admitted to hospital, i did cancel and they refunded £77.00 but since then they have taken 2 more payments of £88.00 and not received anything, i phoned up and they refunded £88.00 but not the other money of £88.00, i phoned up today and all they keep saying they cannot refund it and will not.
