EHS Housing Services is contacting my exhibitors regarding room reservations at Rosen Shingle Creek for meeting in October. Luckily for one of my exhibitors, before giving final credit card information, she contacted me to be certain this was correct. It is not. EHS Housing Services is misrepresenting themselves as my hotel reservation center. I have notified them by phone and email to cease and desist. I also contacted Rosen Shingle Creek to report this to them that this is happening. I have sent email notification to all my exhibitors NOT to respond or give any information to EHS - this is a SCAM. They are to only get their reservations for Rosen Shingle Creek from my room block or calling the property directly.
I would appreciate you looking into this matter, as I am sure they are not only doing it to my meeting, but others as well. I thank you for your time and consideration.
