I applied for a free trial product from this company which I have never received. I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged for posting which was £4.95 I was then further charged £69. As I said I have never received any goods nor have I been able to contact this company.
My bank have been good and refunded the amount but I have no idea how to cancel these debit charges.
