I purchased a complete new hvac unit from One Hour A/c on 10/29. It came with a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty. On 4/27 my tenant tried to use the A/c but it was unoperable. She called One Hour and was told there would be no charge for the repair. The technician repaired a damaged wire and charged my tenant $144.75. I called the local manager of One Hour, Jim McGinnis, who agreed to mail me a full rebate of the $144.75. He broke that and 3 additional promises to issue the rebate.
