I ordered a sample for 4.95 which I received and then in about a month a second package arrived. I then called to query this and was told I was charged 89.00 for that, which I did not agree with. I had agreed to no contract or anything that prompted further shipments, I just received my statement and another charge has appeard on May 20 in the amount of 95.95!
This has got to stop. Also, there is no sign of a refund as promised.
