On 5-20-13 I went to reserve a hotel room on olotels.com but twice it told my that my card was "not accepted." As a result I made alternate plans elsewhere. Olotels still charged my card, and refused to give me a refund. The customer service people only repeat "it is a nonrefundable reservation" regardless of the misinformation I received from the website. DO NOT use olotels.com!
