I ordered a digital download of Vista Home Premium for $69.99, and was assured I'd get an email with the info in 12 hours.
Almost 48 hours later, still nothing except an email saying the charge to my card was pending.
I called several times, only got a recording every time, and left two messages. No one ever replied to my phone messages or emails.
Since they refused to respond, figured it was a scam and had the bank cancel my credit card.
