The details are ditto for all the other complaints against this outfit.
I doubt ANYONE received the parcels within 14 days.
The 14days to request an extension is buried in the fine print.
The consequence of not requesting an extension are not included - that is the $79 charge applies on day 14.
Am old enough to know better but if there is any comfort in the huge number of others scammed, I guess I do not have to feel like a complete idiot.
