I originally ordered startup kit thinking I would try it. Then in a week or so I was sent additional stuff I never ordered. Two weeks later more material came. I phoned the company and Optima said to return the merchandise with a total refund of 166.93 would be credited to my MC ACCNT. I've tried calling at least 10 times to talk with someone. They do not answer but ask for your phone number and say they will return your call.
I would like to have my money back for all products I sent back.
