I fell for the "free" starter kit, pay only $4.95 in s/h. A week later my bank contacted me about a 116.00 charge from Optima, I had no email from them or any type of notice. This was on a Sunday night, so Monday I contacted them and they told me no problem, as soon as I recieved the cartridges to return them with RM#43835-0445, which turns out has NO meaning at all. If you look on there website under support it says thats all you need as well. Now over 30 days later even after recieving a "confirmation" number from them for my refund I have not recieved a dime. They lie and steal!
