I ordered a box set of DVD's called The Love Boat on the 07/04 I then received an e-mail on the 15/04 saying the order had been despatched and delivery will be 2-4 weeks I have just tried to get in touch with them and ended up here.
Can you tell me if my money is lost and that this is the end of it all.
