$200.00 security deposit made for villa rental for 12/1 - 1/6. Per contract, deposit was to have been returned 30 days after departure, less any itemized charges if any. If no charges were incurred, the full $200.00 was to have been refunded. To date I have heard nothing and Mr. Kyte refuses to respond to repeated inquiries.
