When I first got the program, I was told that it would before 5 years. But when I called them, I was having trouble downloading IE and Google Chrome. Found out the the service was only for 1 year!
When I called about the problem, I could just barely understand the persons that was helping me.
I know this much, when the year comes around, I will not get it again. Other than the understanding part, it cost to much just for 1 yr.
