I was renewing mcafee it didnt have a page to put in the new key so i called the number on mcafee I got the guruaid they talked me into letting them in my pc. They said they would get my key in to renew the program. All they did was go through my pc and then tell me I had errors on my pc. And told me i had to pay over 100 bucks for them to fix it then I could renew the mcafee. It was a big scam and I hope the pc is not messed up because I let them into it. So now I will go back to walmarts and tell them what happened. Return the mcafee get my money back and use another program. I talked with two differant people and they both kept trying to make me buy their program. It was like they highjacked my pc. They told me if I uninstalled mcafee and reinstalled it that it still wouldnt work so Im sure my account is blocked now. Shame on mcafee for letting them take over like that. If my pc is messed up because of this. Some one will have to account for the cost.
