Unauthorized payment taken from my account after receipt of trial products Other similar products arrived with no forwarding address. Bank are refusing to give refund although this was fraud. More products arrived and I refused delivery - return address has been retrieved through this and other products will be sent there. I also have over 10emails evidence of my attempts to contact the company. What can I do next to retrieve my stolen money?
