I ordered these products online as testers for £1.99 each item. There was no terms and conditions online. Two weeks later they ave taken money out of my bank £84.71 for each item without my permission. I have spoken to them on the phone today and they refuse to refund my money. They say the terms were on the website and if u haven't cancelled within 2 weeks they charge you for more creams that they apparently send you. None of this was displayed on the website where I ordered the products, to me this is a complete scam, and I am in the process of trying to get my money refunded, but I have also got a new bank card so they cannot thieve any more money from my account.
