Afther a automobile accident I had a MRI done at Clark and Daughtrey medical clinic which was reviewed by Donald sachs, md at Center for spinal stenosis & neurological care. Do his discretion I was treated on two separate occasions with injections to my spine he said I had 3 herniated disc in my lower back and two in my neck. Which did nothing for the pain then he says I know what to do now the first two times were test drive! And said he could use RFD waves 2 singe the nerves in my lower back and I was told by him that I would have the pain free for 9 months. Afther the procedure was done how was refused follow up care because he had exhausted my insurance claim! I am disabled now and live in pain! This man is making a lot of money on people like me! All the procedures he did because my insurance company around 50,000! Remember he refused to see me for follow-up care because I had no money to pay for the 1600 still owed!
