I met Robb where I used to work, he bought several cars from there and established a business relationship as far as servicing them etc. After knowing him for about 1 year he asked to borrow some money (1800.00) for 1 week, I lent him the money and he did repay as agreed. Shortly after that he asked to borrow $2300.00 and would repay in 1 week, I thought okay since he followed through the previous time. When it came time to pay, he didnt answer his phone completely avoided me altogether, changed his cell phone number and also changed jobs. After tracking him down he did pay me $300.00 in December. Since then I have changed jobs myself and cannot locate him at all. I did go by his house in La Habra in February and he said he was going to have my money within a few days and gave me his new cell number. Well its now May, no money, excuse after excuse and cell disconnected and does not live at that house anymore.
