Keeps telling me I have a substancial amount of money $3000,0000.00 coming, but I have to pay 450.00 for a FedEx delivery charge. No phone # and he claims to be an attorney.
Very suspicious. And I feel he could be scamming people over this claim. Is there anyway you can check out to see if he is legal or not???
