I received a letter for Internet Order LLC for www.pimsleurapproach.com/course booklets. For payments. I contacted Customer Service to cancel it my account. She asked me to return to the shipment back to them. I will not be billed again. I did just that. Now they are billing me $256.00 with balance due $96.00. Are they nuts? Customer Service cancelled my account and I returned the shipment to them.
