I was charged 71,98 Euro on my VISA card and I did not ask for this service. When I saw this amount debited from my VISA card I did not know this company at all. Years a go I bought Panda Antivirus in a regular shop. One year after (and one or tow more yeas) revalidate the product via interne. I payd with this VISA.
