Looks like a few people may have the same issue here!
I am trying to look for a phone number for them! If i find one I will let you know. I am also going to write to them in the hope that someone will get back to me, I found two addresses:

In the mean time I think we should just keep pestering them and writing loads of emails in the hope that they will take some notice! Also I think you should speak to your bank and let them know that this money was taken out without consent and see if they can help you-maybe reverse transaction and get your money back? Also get them to block their bank details so they can't take money in the future. I am sure its illegal to take money from your account without your approval.
