I was trying to get a replacement of my social security card. It brought me to this form that I filled up including all my information to replace my ss card then it said to pay 34 dollars. Until I submitted all the info. I am afraid that they will steal my identity after I realize that it seems like a fraud. What should I do,? And how could I be refunded.? And how could I report this immediately to the authorities? It's a scam
