My Master Card Debit card was charged $9.83 on 5/17. I happened to check my balance with the bank because I hadn't used the card lately and there it was an unauthorized charge. I immediately called Citibank and canceled the card and they launched an investigation due to the fact that there is also a smaller amount showing up for $6.78 in April. What a scam and racket they have going.
