I placed an order for a french door and wanted to (1) make sure the order was processed and (2) I actually wanted to add to the order.

When I attempted to call the service department — I found there is not one. Staff e-mail but will not call back. Attempts to contact
the president Mr John Manard Jr was stopped by his secretary Sandy.

With no service department to talk to someone personally This is A company that I wish I had never heard of. Working with them has become a nighmare.
