I bought a boxset of an old nickelodeon show off of this company in april. I was worried at first when I noticed that they didn't have a way to pay through paypal or google wallet but I hadn't bought many things online through sites other than ebay before, so I thought things might just be different because it was a different site.
They sent me a couple of emails saying that my order was confirmed and that it should be delivered by May 7th but I never recieved it, and it has been over a month since I ordered it.
I tried to make a complaint and get in contact with the company but realised that apart from the email address used to send me the confirmation of purchase, they never gave any other contact information. I tried to email them twice to find out wat was happening and I have not recieved a reply. I tried going on to their website to see if there was any further contact info there only to find the site was unavailable.
It's safe to say I am pretty angry about the whole thing.
